You've got the wrong movies bolded:

Magnolia
Being John Malkovich
American Beauty
Eyes Wide Shut

I thought this was a cinematography thread? Anyway....

Magnolia was a great movie and one of my favourites for sure, but Eyes Wide Shut had better cinematography in my opinion. Stanley Kubrick often used giant-sized super-fast lens when shooting his movies and you can see it in Eyes Wide Shut (Look at the christmas tree lights) and in Full Metal Jacket (fire). Just cool things that really pop-out of the screen.

In 1999, I was getting xxx signups.... 40-50 a day, every day for $30 a piece.

Good times.

Good movies!

Stay.

If you've never seen this movie it is really, really, really worth watching.

Not made in 1999, sorry, but wow what a cool freakin' movie...
