Well, I have never been to one, before.

So there I am. It's 1000 degrees in there, they're going on and on and on about 900 different people for 10 minutes each, they're asking this group to stand, another one, another one, then they're awarding degrees to some dead people, then they have a do gooder award that takes several minutes, THEN the little graduationers all are being called and it's one row at a time .. slowly .. of a sea of blue cape things

So finally my sister goes up there and gets her degree from them

Then, as the last moron is done walking the thing, everyone just started getting ready to leave. They didn't throw their hats into the air!!! What the FUCK how the HELL did THAT happen? The ONE thing I wanted to see and it didn't even happen.

Not to mention that 70% of the people didn't even put up their hands onto their hearts for the American theme song. Jesus christ this country has really gone straight to hell.

My college graduation was quick and painless... We all wore gowns, but they had six people handing out diplomas so quickly the announcer couldn't even call out names.
