Well I have a PS1 plan with them, and have been delighted by level of service I have recived.

Another guy I know has the real cheap plan. No complaints from him.

The only complaints I have heard are from people who are on the very cheapest, but seem to want the 'moon on a stick' as well... Little point in the cheapest if you want to run 100 blogs etc, but if you just wanna set up some quality sites, and be aware that if you get decent traffic, they can upgrade you when needed, you will be fine :thumbsup

In essence I think they are a great company, provided you are not expecting the earth for $4.95 per month :)
