Hey I have some gallery sets with the ideal that surfers might be willing to donate a dollar or two in exchange for getting the complete set hq. I'm considering using one of those link things like http://sharecpa.org but don't really want to put them though the spam shit.

I've seen tip jars on sites like wordpress. Does anyone know of any that would function like a sharecpa in that they would donate and then get access to a designated page?

it's very easy, just take a look here. the problem is that you'll probably need to use Paypal (ie Paypal donate) and if Paypal notices this is for adult content, they will close your account :2 cents:
