Was just watching NBC news, Brian Williams.

Report was about Karzai, our hand picked president of Afghanistan, confirming that the CIA has been delivering cash money to him on a regular basis. To the tune of of about $300,000/month across the past ten years or so.

But that is not all that surprising. What surprised me was that Iran was delivering money on a regular basis too up until a little while back when they stopped because Karzai was getting "too close" to the U.S.
