Is it normal for website or programs to swap content?
Do sites change affiliate program services often?

The reason I ask is I recently found
stfucollege.com

Program run by program3.com

The content is the same as
collegerules.com

Program run by hazecash.com (A bangbros company)

I guess what I'm asking is how do you decide who you sign up for?

Plus, in some cases, sites may be made up of licensed content...therefore
