I was up in the office at the top of the house and I heard someone moving around downstairs - I totally stopped thinking rationally for a few mins.....

Even when the vacuum cleaner started it took a while for it to sink in and remember that I had given the cleaner a set of keys because I wasn't sure if I would be here...

My heart is still going like mad - I need a drink now...

Scary. I remember when I first lived with a girl and the first time she came home while I was there I just about shit my pants before remembering someone else had keys.

Its a she - A very strict Muslim girl - Amazing cleaner, she does in 2 hours what my old cleaner did in 5...

It was funny because her husband came the first couple of times, I assume he was worried about her. He stopped coming after he saw a copy of 'Gay Times' on the coffee table - lol

The other day we had a bad wind storm during the night and because it's relatively hot and the apt building hasn't turned on the A/C yet most people have their windows open.

The wind was causing peoples Apt doors to violently shake/rattle which sounded like a crack head was trying to break in (it was around 2am). Our apt doors don't have peepholes so I didn't know what was going on and I didn't hear the wind yet. I heard my door do it first, then I could hear other doors down the hall doing it as if someone was trying to find an apt door that was unlocked.

Then I heard a different kind of banging like someone was beating on the door as if to wake up whoever was inside. It took a while to figure out it was just the wind shaking peoples doors and that someone was banging on the door to tell them to shut their window so they could get some sleep.

No - Good job I don't - Seriously, I did become irrational - I was looking for things that I could batter the 'intruder' with - You can see how it could have got messy...
