Content Site For Sale On Ebay [warning]

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...4&category=7322

OWN YOUR OWN ADULT CONTENT PROVIDER WEBSITE PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY ADULT CONTENT TO ADULT WEBMASTERS!

The website is http://www.xxxzips.com/

The owner of the website was in corrispondance with a customer of mine and informed them that their content is exclusive. BULLSHIT. I sell some of the shit he's got on there.

A year or so ago there was a string of content sites for sale that had stolen content on them, mostly stolen from people who sell on Web-legal.com. Well, from the site design and the pitch, it seems to be the exact same guys at it again.

BEWARE of this website!

Anything of yours up there?

LoveMatch 02-24-2003 03:01 AM

I saw about 7 sets from Max Candy, 4 from Roman and i counted 7 from Kev Lawson.

I know for a fact he does NOT have any rights to resell these, Roman died 3 years ago and I am the only person that has his images, complete with photo ids.

Hey Jeff, werent you gonna come visit?

Somebody coorect me if I am wrong...but...Are YOU not the guy who was selling stolen content under various names around here?

This stuff is from the same guy that Jact mentioned from last year. He also has some of Unseen's work there.

hershie 02-24-2003 10:11 AM

from Dave Clarke at web-legal:

Remember awhile back, we found that there was a rip-off artist
stealing images and then reselling them to webmasters as legit? They
went by the name of downloadablecontent.com, and they were shut down
after many publishers went after them, either directly, or by going
after their hosting, and their links.

Well, it seems that they are back, under xxxzips.com... and the guy
didn't even bother to change his domain info to try to cover up the
fact that it's the same person doing both sites!

Please have a look at xxxzips.com and take whatever action you feel
is justified if you find that your rights are being trampled.

way fucked up... selling my shit for $15/set... I hope Paypal.. and rackshack hosting takes their shit down...

:BangBang:

jact 02-24-2003 02:14 PM

I'm hoping that people who's content is up on this site will file C&D letters with his host, himself and anyone else that might take this guy down. One of the producers I broker for will be getting the ball rolling later today, hopefully everyone else will too.

As for the Dave Clark massmail, who do you think alerted him? :D

Really? Shall I stir up a few of the people who feel you ripped them off and see what they have to say about this?

I feel sorry for all the people who have content they really have no license to use. He challenged my ownership of my sets in an e-mail :1orglaugh so those people probably don't even have the valid 2257 info in case they are challenged. This fucker is about as irresponsible as a they get.

(I mean the xxxzips.com guy.)

I think the strongest C & D letters should go to Paypal or any other processor, that's where to hurt thieves the hardest - see they can always go off and get hosting from 10,000 sources. There are only so many places they can use to do transactions. Hopefully Paypal will ban him permanently.

jact 02-25-2003 02:32 AM

Well something seems to have worked..

Fuck a C&D. Sue his ass already. If he was using my content, I would have filed the paperwork this morning.
