I'm jumping around the different news sites and seeing so much different stuff it's crazy. This is on msnbc.com right now as their headline:

NBC just said the FBI has footage of the younger one placing the bomb at the marathon, that they never released it.

Now they are saying there's a negotiator on the scene, which implies he's alive!

I wonder how they know it is really him and not some other criminal or crazy type hiding out and firing back because he has warrants? I bet there are quite a few crazy people out there who would shoot at police swat and FBI teams when they go house to house.

If it is him I doubt he will be taken alive either because he would rather not be or because they don't want him alive.

They also have some nasty non lethal weapons. Even things like lasers which can blind someone from a mile away as well as shock devices and things you or I have never imagined.
