Thats because thats not what CNN is saying. It says "Police Engaging Possible Suspect"

I dont see anywhere that it says hes down or captured or anything of that nature.

They did say there was gunshots.

I have to admit that even after what he did its hard not to feel for a kid in that situation - Your rational mind tells you he deserves everything he is getting, but your instincts are to protect the young and they are powerful....

This story is far from over and I for one will be interested to see how it pans out. In particular I want to know how it got to this point....

that kid has the nerve and wtf-ever else it takes to wiggle himself into crowds of women and children, look them in the eyes and sit a bomb down at their feet, smirk and casually walk away.

i don't feel for that kid at all.

we do, however, need to make sure we issue justice, and not revenge.
