A designer guy made this for me and he is waiting for the payment.. how much it worth?

a job is worth what you agreed to pay.

I've never hired a designer, but I wouldn't pay much more then $100 for that...I like the design on the left-top. (the chick with the flowers)

It's a good design. The graphics are good, and interesting. I would say it is a better than average TGP design. More style than substance, but still not bad.

One of the prettier TGP designs I've seen in awhile, average seems to be going $175 - $250 from what I've looked at today...

looks good, but I don't think tgps need to be professionally designed...

I'd think something like that would be worth about 100-200 dollars

Don't be a cheap ass and screw the guy, he should have set a price first, thats his own stupidness, but it's worth $200.00 bucks for sure.

tell him to name his price, then check the prices here...

add those on the boards, find the average of the board.
add the designer, divide by two, you got your average..

on the other end, I'd ask him what he wants saying you're happy about the results...

if his price is less than what you see here, pay him more ;)

if not, pay him if you're happy, if not, pay what's here...
