Paxum Jammed How Do I Fix It??

Anyone around from Paxum? Did a card transfer and money jammed on card as pending. Not sure what happened or how to fix it?

Money came in did a transfer to card, but something jammed, and now it has the money on card but as pending not as available and its stuck.
