Naked Hosting/Certified Hosting is Fucking Bullshit
For three months now I have tried to cancel my plan and they continue to charge me $125 every month on auto pay. I've tried to chat with Jeff about it via chat support probably 15 times and every time he tells me to submit a ticket to cancel. So I do. The one time I did get a response back in March they said I would not be billed for March and I was billed on March 15th and now again on April 15th. I dont recommend these guys for any adult type hosting either as they were never familiar with anything I wanted to setup such as NATS.

If you have a ticket ID I can reference that would be helpful. Regarding NATS, I am not sure what your particular issue was, but host MANY servers using NATS and actually do have experience with this software. It is not likely we could remain a leading adult hosting provider without being to support popular softwares such as NATS. Please contact me, I would like to help get this resolved. Quote:

After chatting with Kacy via Skype I better understand Naked/Certified's cancellation policy and for advise to anyone working with Naked/Certified, use the ticket system vs chat for any support. I cannot find any record of my requests to cancel up until March and at that point the host sent me a letter informing me that I had to give a 30 day notice and that any billing that was expected within the 30 days would still take place so on the 25 day which was April 15th I was billed which is accurate. Kacy was apologetic that I was unsatisfied and she offered to attempt a refund for my final month which does leave a little better taste in my mouth after closing the door on this biz relationship. |
To be fair; it would be irresponsible to accept a cancellation via telephone of live chat. Logging into the system and canceling is the only way it can be proven an authorized person is doing it.

You should be happy they will accept a ticket for it.
Some require you to fax in something requesting cancellation of a $59 server. |

they usually have good support. my issue with 30 day policy is that you don't want to cancel until you have everything moved off so then it seems pretty pathetic to have to pay for an entire month if your not using the service.

Certified has been essential to my business.
They have always done what they needed to do and even went the extra mile when I had weird extra request. I fully recommend everybody working with certified. They rock! |
Just call your bank and tell them to do a charge-back for all these months. Takes 5 mins.
