Why does your site rank so well? What if someone buys it and a week later it is gone from SERPS?

I did the seo I used a few tools and tips on driving unique traffic. I was really just wondering if it was worth anything. I usually just build sites not sell them but the market looks interesting and this site is performing well. I also have TheBestFuckingPornos.Com when that left the first page in google serp it went to second page in Bing search word: pornos so idk whats going on with the algorithms. Also i assume when I add 5 yrs to the domain length it will be on the first page for a while. Its also a matter of if i make any major change to the site in which I WILL NOT if it will stay where it is I think. But just wanted some info. What do you think its worth??

Sorry to say, but the traffic and PR alone isn't going to be anything to base a price on, especially being that new.

If you have proof of sales, you could use that to justify an asking price.
