What niche would you recommend to start a new website with original content? Solo girl? Lesbians?
 

I know porn is almost... dying. At least in the old scheme of subscription site, or clips site.

But I could risk some money in starting a new site, just to see if there is luck. What would you recommend?

1-an adult dating site, that would give free memberships to members creating content.

then you would once a year invite the most popular content providers on a free cruise, and sell cruises to other members. Hopefully you'd make a lot of money selling cruises to people who would want to watch people fuck in person.

2-a site, with amateurs, where two teams of couples would compete at different things-sack race, beer pong, whatever.

start something in a niche that you like, know, and understand! I see to many niche sites where the owner has no clue about the niche and threw something up just to cash in. What converts the best for me may not convert the best for you!
