Nice price but bad resolution... I have that resolution on my laptop now and hate it.

(Although I guess I have become use to it)

Paid about $2,500 for this 2.6GHz i7 with 8GB of RAM. Apple offers discounts for developers and students as well, if you're considering a Macbook.

15 is more like a desktop with availability to be portable. Like if you sometimes need to take your computer lsewhere. Not for moving it daily.

okay if its not the weight you are intersted, then maybe the resolution
1368 sucks but on the other side its a true quad, not one of those core i 7 U mobile cpus,

for home usage and a second monitor attached its a solid desktop substitute..but then why not get a real desktop, easier to upgrade, bigger hard disk, better graphics for nearly the same price

awful resolution kills the deal

Every Toshiba I had pooped after 2 years. Plus this one is a piece of brick you will have to carry sweating around. Did not even had a recovery disk on partition, had to order one from them for $40. Never Toshiba for me again!!!! :mad:
