This shit is the real deal. The hot part was almost unbearable- equivalent to the temp of keurig coffee being poured down your back. The Icey part has me in chills. Potent.
My back is killing me after my knee surgery from being flat & in a fixed position I guess.

Yea the pain killers are making my lower back worse. I bought an elyptical. It was like 5100 bucks from life fitness. This was I can get back into shape in a chill fashion. This was my first ailment (knee) that gave me the first glimpse of what it's like to start aging.

yup... sucks for sure... there are nights I can't sleep due to pain in my knees

Scope. I had a torn meniscus, & he trimmed the flap on that & removed a cyst that had formed in the joint from the tear. Pumped it up with saline & took out all the loose cartridge & smoothed out any bone spurs (I have a touch of early arthritis) but no bone on bone. It was in pretty good shape but that cyst ha me sidelined.
