Can any software/program do this?
 

In general if I want to upload some pictures to a site/forum ,
first .screen shots , the second step ,upload the pictures to the sites. then I get a pic url .The last step is inserts the pic urls to the site.

so it is too much trouble .

Here is my idea
press the shortcut key to execute associated command. the pic are automatically uploaded to the servers and then I can get a pic url .

Can any software do this?
