Freelancers should contact such primary contacts before contacting other organization. Freelancer must have access to a Skype account. Skype is free to download. Freelancers must provide daily progress reports to management that can then support an independent contractor's success.

Failure to provide at least two daily updates may result in the immediate termination without notices of the services of a freelancer.

That means, if a client places an ad with you that is $1,000.00. you would receive $400.00... just like that.
