Anybody from Streamate here?
 

I have girls performing on your website and I kindly ask you to fix your website please :) you know what I am talking about...it has been going on for months and months, we are all losing tons of money, the models and customers are getting tired of it...

you are a great site to work with but you have serious problems with technical errors on your platform:

you are full of glitches and errors that other sites simply do not have...100-s of pages worth of info for you up there from many models who work on your site...

pass the idea on to your superiors/coworkers/technical departments of creating a better, problem free, streamate ...give it a try you have only to gain...be persistent and believe in action and reaction and good things will come :)

From cam girls, I don't hear so many complaints about streamate glitches myself.. they just complaint at 30% only payout for them.
I believe there's glitches and problems, but you point to a 100+ pages long thread pages started in 2011... where most of text it is gossip or outdated.
Perhaps list the glitches exactly, like you go in streamate and 1) when one does this, it happens that; 2) when one does such, it happens what... so Others can confirm or deny it happens to them too. If it happens to everyone, that's definitely an issue.

how about a digest of that massive thread with the MOST important and damaging issues? that would seem to help a lot.

we do a lot of biz with SM and it does GREAT. i have also tested some pretty complex integrations myself (one-click account creation, whitelabels, etc) and never seen one issue on the SM side.

that said, if there is something thats happening thats causing problems it would be great to know about it.

for the most part SM seems to have problems with customers not being able to enter a models room or constantly being logged out and having to log in 4-5 times before they can type...models see it as a constant log on log off log on log off log on log off ect...

then there's numerous problem with customers not being able to enter a private show or being thrown out of a private show or the show ending before the time is up all by itself...

model placement recently has been erratic to say the least...girls from page 1 were set back to pages 4-5 for no reason at all...I had girls from page 1 who make 300$/day easy be set back to pages 4 and 5 behind girls who make like 40$/day...happened to lots of other models as well...but then again girls from page 4 were at page 1

I am not saying streamate does not make money or is complete crap...far from it they are a nice place to work and its a crying shame that they have so many technical difficulties...I know the 100+ page thread is not interesting to affiliates but it would mean a lot if somebody from SM managment took a look...maybe they do not know the extent of the technical difficulties involved...

I know the thread is mostly girls gossip but theres tons of info there...SM has so much more potential than what is currently going on...if you know somebody high up on SM show him the thread maybe?
