WHO BROUGHT LUNCH?

hershie 02-23-2003 11:13 AM

I have dropped about 60 pounds in the last year and a bit (still have a ways to go), by writing down everything I eat in a journal and counting the calories.

Its the only way I have found that makes me conscious and thinking ahead about what I am about to throw down the gullet and how it will add up on paper.

)For breakfast: coffee and cigarettes

Lunch: Hamburger (homemade, thank you, I worked in fast food as a teenager and you would barf if you knew what went on/how dirty it was in fast food places) and tortilla chips, big mug of ice water.

Still working my way through the mug of ice water (anybody ever been to a Bill Miller BBQ place in San Antonio? That's where this mug is from, it's a huge-ass Texas Tea Bucket with cheesy pigs and cows and chickens on it :1orglaugh ) and another pack of cigarettes.

Breakfast - Egg, Scrapple and Whole grain toast. Large glass of OJ and a Coffee. Also, Tabasco on the Egg.

Lunch - Aunite Anne's Garlic Pretzel and Lemoaide while out with the mrs at the mall returning a bunch of stuff.

Dinner - Probably Ginger Garlic Lemon Chicken with Spinach on the side, Some Green Salad with Balsmic Vinegar and a Home-made Creme Brulee.

The Creme Brulee is Mrs K's favorite and I got my chef on earlier since its a nice weekend evening to chill together before going back to the grind this week.

I am out to get the dinner started and check out some NetFlix.
