AFF Foreign affiliate
 

I hope someone of AFF can respond to this thread because the support at AFF isn't really helping.

I am a Foreign affiliate from Belgium and AFF is asking me to fill in a W8-ben form. On their FAQ however, they say the following

"If you do not have US Activities, please click on the Foreign affiliate with no US Activities link and agree to the statement on that page."

This link however is nowhere to be found on the page and the support is just saying i need to fill in a W8-ben form. I do not need to fill in the form because i have no US SOURCED income. W8-ben is only for people who have servers, equipment or employees in the US.

Does anyone have the same problem?

AFF were giving me all sorts of grief over the form, despite their being no legal requirement for all the fields to be entered in etc.. just make some info up

Having the same problem. I'm an European affiliate, I've been is the adult business for over 15 years. Worked with hundreds (several) of US companies. A few times I've been asked a W-8 and when I sent it got accepted.

Now. After 10 years AFF woke up and wants one from me. I compiled it at my best, with all data, including my tax number. It gets refused and I can't get any help from the support... do you think there is a possibility to comply with "their rules" or it is just time to remove their links ?

Their rules are weird.
Just work close with reps as courtney or elli and they will help you guide through it.
