Warning about hotmail.com outlook.com and twitter!

Microsoft has launched a new email program called outlook.com and lots of old hotmail users are upgrading to it.
I think its microsofts answer to all the extra functionalities in gmail and people switching over to gmail.
I have a hotmail account that I have been using forever for my personal emails and some of my business emails for a very long time.
Now one of my friends that upgraded asked me why a picture of gay sex was showing on my emails.......

I have a normal picture on hotmail so I told her to install an antivirus program and run it. She found nothing so I started thinking that my old msn messenger was hacked or something but it all did not make sense.

Then my girlfriend upgraded to outlook and she saw the same gay picture! I saw a link to twitter under that picture and bang!!! I then realised!
Outlook is using pictures that people have on twitter!!!!!!!!

And since I one used my personal emailaccount to set up a twitter account to get some traffic going to this gay paysite it was now showing that picture.

Seems there is a setting in twitter so you can disable this so I did it as fast as I can but according to information from microsoft they need a few days to stop it showing.
Awesome microsoft...Thanks for potentially ruining some business relations!
