Even the Obamamaniacs have got to see the humor in this!

THIS.... from the government that spends a TRILLION dollars a year more than it takes in, and hasn't actually created a BUDGET since 2009, and hasn't even submitted a proposal for the new budget, which it was required to do by law in February....

HAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHA!!! :D :D :D

"....I, BARACK OBAMA, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim April 2012 as National Financial Capability Month. I call upon all Americans to observe this month with programs and activities to improve their understanding of financial principles and practices."

THIS government is going to teach us all proper financial principals!!!!!!

I'm sure you are aware that passing a federal budget is the job of Congress.

BlackCrayon 04-02-2013 07:48 AM

And I'm sure you are aware Obama must sign it. Which he hasn't done on any of the ones that passed the House because Harry Reid refused to even allow a vote on them. Obama's budget bill got absolutely no votes. Not one.

I seen this yesterday, I thought it was an April Fools joke.

Why is it dated last year ??

This might fall under the old adage of "Do as I say.. and not as I do"

Rochard 04-02-2013 11:25 AM

So it's Obama's fault that the Bush administration handed him the worst recession since the 1930s?

It doesn't matter. When Congress is at fault nine times out of ten we blame the president, because most of us couldn't name who represents us in Congress. Much easier.

Yep, it sure does sound like one of those, don't do as I do, do as I say scenarios. :)

Wow, so because of Bush, Obama can do no harm, LOL

Obama care is now 20,000 pages of regulations, still think it's a good thing? Or even anyone has read it all?

Pretty much... Yeah.

This has nothing to do with Republican vs Democrat. It's about reality. During the last two years of the Bush administration, everything went downhill. Everything. New construction came screeching to a halt; Entire condo complexes in my neighborhood stopped with structures partially built. They were building a restaurant up the street from me, they stopped before they put the roof on, it sat there for two years, and then they took it down. When Obama took office, exactly half of the houses on my street were fucking empty - ten out of twenty houses on my street were empty because people lost their houses.

It just couldn't have been any worse.

I'm not saying Obama is the greatest thing since sliced bread. You could have put my pet dog in office and the end result would have pretty much been the same.

But of course Brett, you a Republican and you only see the truth your way.

I swear, not being a democrat or republican opens up your eyes to what's really going on.

No ones read it except for the lobbysists who wrote it. And I doubt many of them read very much except where they make money parts. Those they know by heart.

Richard, I gave up being a republican about the time they started a war with Iraq, it pissed me off.

Last two years, the congress and the senate were democrat of Bushs presidency, 15 months after they took office, everything went to shit and hasn't rebounded.

want to see something scary, look how much we are spending on food stamps now compared to when he took office and with the FDA teaching Mexicans how to better use our food stamp program, we're fucked.

Obamacare, they found a $63 per user fee each employer has to pay, really, how the hell is this going to save money? Seriously, how can any half intelligent person think a law thats 20,000 pages long going to save money???????
