5 tries minimum to load every page = one pain in the fucking ass. Why is there such a big problem?

Yeah it makes me wonder why they dont simply move to other host and resolve that once for all.

at 20 minutes now to request a payment, got hit with a 'your password has expired' thingo which doubled it from just the usual 10 minutes.

you guys can navigate through the site no problems? I get continual server has not responded, please try again. Then it's the 'we need to resend the information you entered', repeat 5 - 8 times, and I can move to the next screen. Fucking painful, I'm still not done yet either (need to change my address, so another 5 minutes or so to go).

Not sure, I just pray they aren't doing a ccbill - I don't think I could handle doing this every 2 months...

Yea I am not having any problems with load times. You might want to do a traceroute. It may be something in between you and juicyads that is causing the delay.

Did everyone have to change passwords???

Usually passwords expire after X amount of time. So everyone has to do it on a different day/date. It's strange to make everyone change passwords on the same day. Just causes a small bit of extra server load for no reason.

Sorry for any issues you guys are having, we certainly have had some growing pains due to some major growth over recent months. We are making many upgrades to the entire network which can tax it as well.

Like for example, we implemented new password security system with tougher security features and why passwords must be reset. Our ultimate goal is to make the entire network better for everyone, so thanks to those baring with us during this growth!

site loads not the host. They need to upgrade the box

Its not the host or the box since it works fine for US people and not EU. I would say its the Link or bandwidth provider te host is using. Could be a number pf things though, but i works fine for me. Never have an issue with lag.
