Back then in them days it would let you dial the phone and talk to some idiot on your telephone line on the television.
It was called a spacephone (which is what I call those smart phones these days, even though I know they're not satellite phones)

when i was younger we used to lay on the floor and watch tv. can do that now with them hanging on the wall

The TV my parents used to have makes that TV look tiny. We used to have to warm it up too.

Back when they gave off radiation, explains a few things, LOL

Not to sound all redneckery but I use to have tube amps for my CB radio back when I was something like nine and ten years old... you could heat the house with the fkn thing. LoL. Sure was good clean power though.

I remember my grandma having a vinyl record player/radio which was about the size of that TV :)
