When the girl looks at this one of two things will happen.

a) She will call you that night or the very next day and arrange for bangin.

or

b) She will read it on the spot and just go home with you.

Now for the final step. Take her back to your studio apartment. Say you're staying there with your brother while your apartment's being renovated. A suitcase on the floor makes this more believable.
