HIV was spread around Africa in the Hep B vaccines, it was also spread around gay men in New York using the same vaccines. It didn't kill people off as quickly as was hoped.

HIV treatment makes a lot of money, it's another way of the rich grabbing more of our taxes for themselves "Hey we'll send these African's who we injected with HIV some treatment for HIV and pay this tax money of yours to ourselves, we'll call it foreign aid" :helpme

So then how does Gates "curing" aids even have a benefit if they already got them with Hep B vaccines?

It's not really about curing AIDS, that's just marketing. Sometimes they do offer us something beneficial (as a cover story) thrown in together with something nasty, they just don't mention the nasty bit. The idea is to depopulate Africa and much of the third world, eventually leaving only 10%-20% of the population, at this point it becomes far easier for the Elite to grab their resources and sell them to the first world. The Elite hate it when they have to deal with the human rights of some community that lives on an oil well e.g Darfur, it represents a huge obstacle to profit. You can always fund some terrorists to come and scare the community away, put them in camps etc, however if you get found out *COUGH* Warren Buffet *COUGH* then it brings you a lot of negative publicity.
