...gusting to 160 in the Wreckhouse area this morning...

March is going out like a Lion.

Now...gusting to 170 in the Wreckhouse area near noon.

It's a wild ride in my 2nd floor office of this century+ farmhouse.

180k is the highest wind speed I've experienced myself. However, 200k plus has been recorded.

More on Wreckhouse winds here if you're looking for a unique vacation spot this summer.

Wow, that's some serious wind over there. Is your power still on? We had close to 100km/h winds a couple days ago here on the other coast and I was working off iPhone internet and battery power most of the day.

Still have power, though that could change quick enough. lol

Didn't realize that you had 100k winds out west...I don't feel so lonely now. :)

I love places like that - Really extreme weather is great when you can look outside from a warm house - Its really comforting in a strange way.

I couldn't deal with it all the time though like that place - Sometimes you just want to pop out for a pint of milk without being nearly killed...
