I think in general now, people are further ahead in technology then people that got into it long ago. Before it was some guy posting pictures and there wasnt a mass amount of people doing it, harder for them to adjust to todays marketing strategies etc. Some did, some didnt. I think even with the competition, there are more ways to make money now then there was 10 years ago. There are more people on the internet in general and you can learn things like Social Media and things related to making money on the internet in school, at seminars, and on the internet.

Etik, like any business I think it depends on the exact nature of your company. An adult toy store is going to have different revenue levels than a vod site, cam site etc... I'm new here myself so I was curious about the answer to your question. I'm researching this industry to see exactly where I want to fit in.

What industry was your business in during 2003? Is it the same line of work as what your currently doing?

Out of curiosity I loaded the last 50 affiliates that sent us sales, out of those 50, 46 joined our program pre 2009, I guess it's no real surprise, we all know its harder now, that just confirms it.
