My aunts B-Day is in a few day's and a GPS is on the list. I have a Garmin and can't stand it. What do you have?

I just use my phone.

But I used to have a Tom Tom and it seemed to work fine.

It's also built into the wife's car. But I still think that she uses her phone more often than not.

My phone sucks more than the Garmin!

The wife and I have older Magellan units - but I use a Garmin at work and like it much better. Recalculates much faster, shorter boot-up time.

I have satnav (sync + sirius) in my truck and it's pretty accurate. I tried using google maps last week on my iphone and it told me to turn left while going down the interstate.

I use tomtom because they have a live traffic service. Basically, it shows you where the traffic jam is and can help you avoid it and save time. Pretty valuable in a country where the major hobby seems to be sitting in traffic for hours.

That's cool. My aunt is going to be 60 and it's kinda hard for her to use a phone:Oh crap

I figured a GPS would be bigger for her to see.
