Don't act so surprised. Webmasters are sued all the time for having celebrity content. Celebrities hire legal firms to represent them and do it.

What does Apic have to do with anything? These are shots from movies they were in. The video people probably licensed the right to the vids from the film-makers. I don't see the problem?

I've been seein' commercials for them vids for a LONG ass time now...plus, like mentioned above, Mr. Skin's been doin' it forever now & is VERYT public about it.

if you're reviewing the movie or something like that you're allowed to show clips.

The initial question wasn't whether or not it was legal or accepted but whether you think we'll hear about them in a lawsuit later. You don't have to be guilty of something, to be sued. Launch your own celebrity sites, and watch the legal threats start piling in.
