About the domains.. Depends on what you are gonna use it for
a)Fotosprepagos: This will be good if the site is just gonna be a content site where you will have Pictures of prepagos.
b)mejores prepagos: This domain will be good for a Escort / prostitution site
Also depends what market are you targeting ... If its not directed to the Colombian market.. I dont think either domain will work.. I am sure 95% people here have no clue whats a prepago.
If you are looking to do a Prepago site for Colombia... just google "prepagos colombia" or "masajistas paisas" .. You will get a bunch of sites where you can get some ideas.

Certainly Prepago means Prepaid, as in Prepaid phone service, but I've always thought of the term to mean more "prearranged", like you call a Prepago to meet later as opposed to picking a girl off the street or in a Strip Club or Massage Parlor.
