Affiliate programs with pay per lead
 

Hi guys,

I'm looking for programs that will allow pay per lead on live users sent through an API.
The industry (adult/mainstream) that the program is in does not matter as long as they will allow me to use my own landing pages and forms that post directly to them.

I am open to other API or PPL offers as well if they are worth while so anything you can let me know about the better!
