Need a realtor for Las Vegas
 

Am Here in Las Vegas and the realtor we had lined up disappeared. Does anyone know a good realtor in the area? We are only here for the weekend.

I would just do some Googling and some calling to see who's available to do some showings.

Thanks for the advice, Just thought with how many people here on gfy live in Vegas, maybe someone knew a good trust worthy realtor.

I know a few that I recommend not using.

We found our realtor by just walking into an open house one afternoon, and talking to the lady that was doing the showing. She said she wasn't available for the time frame we needed, but gave us a recommendation... and the guy has been really impressive. Always answers the phone. Really knowledgeable. Certifiably a "market maven" of real estate. A real estate enthusiast.

We have had a few that needed to be kicked in the face. Hobbyist realtors...

You might want to pick up the phone, and ask someone for a referral to someone they knew was a realty bad-ass.
