VegasVideo vs. Adobe Premiere vs. Ulead Studio
 

Ok you video guys, which of these three appz is the best and why? My guys use Adobe Premiere but I keep seeing people saying Vegas Video is easier to use and better plus some nice stuff has been said about Studio7.

Ulead is good for basic needs... nothing too advanced.

I mainly use Premiere. I really like it and once you get the basics down its easy to use.

Ive been playing with the Vegas 4 demo, the new version definatley has some nice features. Im definatley thinking of making the switch. Found it easier making changes and try things out when laying up a clip.

They both have their advantages. I like the timeline in Vegas better but trimming clips (especially multiple segments from the same clip) seems easier in Adobe. I also think doing stills is better in adobe.

vegas video is sooooooooooo much easier and better then adobe premiere..... trust me, I have both

final cut pro

Does the new final cut do real time effects?

what about Cleaner5 ? works well for me!

Cleaner isn't really an editor I don't think, maybe it has limited editing features but I think it's more for outputting your edited video into various digital and streaming formats.

FinalCut is Mac software.

Besides making toast, it edits, has batch applications and allows conversions from .rm files as well as .wmv files that you don't find anywhere else!

And it's EASY to understand and then USE! Very important in applications I think.:Graucho
