I've seen two different bodies on thunder roadsters, but never seen that one. Is that a super speedway body or something?

There's 2 different styles of Thunder Roadster bodies , there's the old school roadster style that has exposed wheels that looks similar to an older indy car, and there's the newer full body style that I run with the spoiler.

theyre all fiberglass. when I see a helicopter crash i cringe, but a nascar is just simple machine. whats so impressive

remember when you were a kid and you had hotwheel cars and they were metal, then someone would gift you this piece of shit generic plastic version of it. thats what nascar is

Nope, we split...and ended up stuck in the parking lot when I-15 was shut down for the unrelated to the race car/semi accident.

So do you race at the bullring every saturday night? I used to go all the time, had my own spot reserved next to the fence in turn 3.

Yeah I never understood Nascar personally, is there skill involved? Formula 1 is all about skill and engineering, the circuits are crazy and the drivers really give everything, one small mistake and its goodnight.

I've asked many people to explain Nascar to me and they can't tell me why it is so "exciting"

I really like Earnhardt Jr's new car colors, MUCH better than the last one.

I agree, this AMP Orange car was really cool, especially by comparison.
But, I think it was a "one off", definitely not his cars weekly livery.

I love motorsport but it's something i've never managed to get into at all.

I'm not familiar with any of the drivers in the same way i am with F1 mind you, but still i just don't get that same excitement or fun out of watching the races...

I was relatively close, and it was a Canon 28-200 {at 200mm}.

Of course I wasn't "quite" as close as when I was the track photographer at the Atlanta Motor Speedway during the 90's, LOL!

Nope, there is no skill involved at all. No teamwork, no strategy, you dont even have to be physically fit. Any uneducated, fat redneck can jump in a car and win.
