Is there any way to get flash to refrain from crashing when A LOT of tabs are open?
 

I'm using chrome and I think there is a way to change versions but it is very difficult and I doubt it'd help... is there any way to make it not fucking crash? ?

Disable it.

Install Flash Block. Then flash doesnt load at all unless you click it. Kind of a pain, but this is just where Adobe is at. They are a pathetic company for anything that isn't graphic design, so I expect flash to just get worse.

Don't use Chrome.

Chrome was my favorite browser, but the last time flash froze my browser(s) was, at long last, the last and final time.
