Who is this Bogdan guy that is banned?
Sold him a domain week or two ago... Nothing but a headache since..
Have not been scammed yet that I know of, but his initial contact came from several different emails.. Which from the start put me into cautious mode.. I got the money from Paypal, but never would he reply to my emails from the same email... So I was careful to BCC every message to the original [email protected] one he used from the start, which included his information to enure the original documents were pasted back could only be seen by the original buyer. To make sure I not giving domain to wrong person... He never could complete the transfer request to get his domain.. I made him a Enom account and pushed it there, he replied he couldn't log into it... Finally I see he changed the email address on the domain. But now requesting his money back.. Not sure what his angle is.. Whether he is just dumb, or up to something?? Its like.. well maybe he temp used my domain and DNS to pull off some spammer scam or something. I mean the possibilities are endless.. This account is in his complete control on Enom. I have no authority over it... I did offer him a refund and one point because I was tired of his games and multiple emails... But after seeing him now change the domain info.. I don't feel the need to refund.. It's obvious he has control of domain and our deal is done. He is now threatening me in email about chargeback with paypal.. with a laughing attitude "SEE WHO WILL WIN".. WTF, you have the domain, you have been a douche from the start.. Something obviously wrong with this guy Always drama on this board.. lol Technical Contact: Radical Domains ([email protected]) +1.199999999 Fax: 199999999 P.O. Box 30189 Chicago, IL 60630 US Please dont confuse the Radical Domains with this guy(that's my old company name and address) the [email protected] is what is his to show he has control.. Anyone know anything about this guy? Clue me in... I forward it all to Paypal I see his is banned now.. What got him banned? |
inb4 search his history
|
Don't give any money back or contact him anymore. Contact Paypal of the situation and use an escrow service next time.. I'm guessing he used it to falsely raise PR and sell a bunch of links on it, then bullshits his way through charging back PP.. Just a guess, though..
If he keeps bothering you, hit me up. Sounds fun.. |
Damn good luck dude. The cunt is scum. Take your money and close your Paypal
|
stay away from that fucker :warning:warning:warning

Do a search for ChillVault and Bogdan Mike Freud
|
Don't forget about his SEO Destroy!
Did he confront you as Bogdan? That was his nick after Chillvault got banned. And Bogdan has been banned for a couple weeks or so, look at his last post (i'm lazy). Yes, big time scammer. |
Mike Freud, Bogdan or Chilivault... we'll here these names pop up from time to time. Nothing has been good.

Yup, 11 years no problems. Wow that's a serious threat there... Thats grounds for federal time for an accusation like that... Here's the whole crew.. www.marketcolorado dot com/about.html |
He contacted me again today, he is now acting like he has never touched my account I gave him or the domain. So I assume he's playing the angle that I sent the info to the wrong party approach...
If I here from him one more time or if he submits a chargeback request, I will file the fraud charges immediately.. I'm done talking now... Fraud obvious is obvious fraud |

Yes. Protect yourself. Make sure that money isn't moving out any of your accounts without you knowing. Like you said he could be after anything and come at your from any angle.
|
If he files a Paypal dispute for a domain he is going to lose, as Paypal doesn't provide buyer protection for anything that is digitally delivered, and last I recall domains were considered digitally delivered by Paypal...
|
even if you say its the wrong party approach, taking the domain is still considered fraud.
