I can't do 3 pull-ups :(
Two years ago I could 20 pull ups without a sweat ... :( .
I guess all that bear, wine and eating are finally catching up.... I used to wait 70 kg and now I'm 85. kg... How many of you feel are getting fat... ? |

I find the same thing when doing a strenuous photoshoot. A few years ago I was forced to take 7 months off with a bad sciatic nerve issue that required surgery. I was literally bed-ridden for a while.
After the surgery and physiotherapy - my first photoshoot left me incredibly sore and achy (especially in the arms and shoulders) from using muscles I hadn't used for more than 7 months. I tend to move around a LOT during a photoshoot - and it's taken some time to get back into the pace again. |

I'm still in shape just used to be cut up more. Moving soon and after the move one bedroom will be transformed into a gym as I'd like to get cut up once again.

I'm the same except with running, used to be able to run 5 miles and break a reasonable sweat, nowadays I break a sweat after a mile or so, depressing :/

I need to start getting into shape, which is something i do look forward to doing also quitting smoking (ciggs)

When I quit smoking and drinking a little over a year ago I got up to 400-500 push ups and 100-200 pull ups a day.. Back to smoking, drinking and well no more exercise.. :(

Im not fat but I dont think i could do 3. pushing internet keys doesnt really do much for the abs. i might be able to flick you to death tho
