How to use Pinterest?

    How to use Pinterest?

    Can some one explain how you use pinterest? Do they allow affiliate links on the pics or do you have to link them to one of your blogs?

      It's a visual bookmarking site, with social elements. Shouldn't be too hard to figure out how to monetize it or suck traffic from it.

      I have a mainstream recipe site that I run for a client. I manage all of her social media and Pinterest accounts for a HUGE portion of our traffic right now. For the past month, with over 200k unique visitors 38.4% have come from Pinterest.

                  Can you link your pinned pics to affiliate links or do they have to go to a webpage?
