Hugo Chavez Died

Venezuelan Vice President Nicolás Manduro says President Hugo Chavez has died, Reuters reports.
The Venezuelan President has been fighting an undisclosed type of pelvic cancer since at least June 30, 2011, and had come back from the illness to win re-election last year.

I visited twice Venezuela ( Caracas ) around 1990, then again in 2009 .
For the population, a big positive difference..For the corp or gov conected individuals, a big slap in the face...
