I chug a 40oz and crank up the stereo and jam to Barry Manilow

i used many pre workouts products ,the best ones so far was Muscle Freak Proffesional and M5 EXTREME 2in1 + BCAA's from BSN ,now going to try XTEND

I think they have a 300 or 350 now , or a max or something. 250 was the older one

this one was not the best one but is better than many other pre w products.anyway i don't think gaspari sell this product anymore.

yeah the place in my town doesn't have the best selection so im sure there is probably a few better products out there. Plus this was a few years ago and maybe some better products have come since then.

canada prob has a diff selection. we always seem to have less

but i did notice massive gains in strength

and yeah they still sell it, because i was there recently and they said theyre coming out with the new version.. which isn't 250 anymore
