Well really the Cam4 main business it is to buy cheapest skimmed and popunder, land it to cam4, then re-sell same traffic as "cam traffic" for 5-10 times the price via their banners. The cam hosts there are not the core business (cash flow) but mostly the free content.
It is ingenious.

How does that work really? If buying skimmed and popunders, usually that traffic won't do anything but close the window. I would think very difficult to get 10% of skimmed to then click another banner (which would be break even point if sold for 10X purchased). Just my thoughts, I really don't know though.
