Corporate will probably take a lot longer. Go to the reddit blog, find usernames of admins, send to them. They very heavily frown upon stuff like that.

Alternatively, you can report a lot or all of his links as spam and eventually their built-in spam bot will automatically ban the domain.

It's the same guy, or part of that same crew since there do actually seem to be a couple of people. There was a big thread on here and a few other places connecting all of them...

It's true this guy's site is just a drop in the bucket. We were offered a Tube site for $120K that was pretty much videos from pornhub's/etc.. full premium membership areas, and yes that consisted of a shitload of full scenes from various companies. It was by far the largest amount of "user uploaded" full scene videos i have ever seen in my entire life. Simply put, it was a Pornhub killer in the fact that it had everything Manwin tube sites had in their premium membership areas + other "user uploaded" sites all combined into one. It was a Megaupload tube for all intended purposes.

Needless to say, I declined LOL. I don't feel like going to jail :1orglaugh

If people don't think there is a price to pay for blatant copyright infringement, or trying to hide behind "user uploaded" - when the cost of that comes to fruition, it's usually an eye opening experience for them. They do it because they think nothing bad will ever happen, because they don't read about it on XBiz or hear about it.

I know because I've seen it time after time, as my legal team has and continues to prosecute sites like these, successfully.

It's very simple. There is a naive class of industry people / affiliates, who have no concern for where content originates from, and these same people don't actually produce any content themselves, but think for some strange reason they have a right to distribute it. They get smacked in the face hard when the lawyers come through. :2 cents:

I think the tubes above have some type of content partner program were those vids of teamskeet are actually approved to be used plus there's links to teamskeet.com on those pages.

What the guy at uploadporn.tv is doing is using full lenght movies without the approval of the creators, which BTW is how the big tubes (tube8, xtube.com etc) started out.

If I remember correctly 4tube and porntube have always from the start worked directly with the sponsors so all their content has always been legit.

Don't be surprise if all of a sudden there's an announcement targeted to sponsors and content creators about the brand new uploadporn.tv content partner program.

Oh ok. Well that's a cool theory. Own sub-reddit or not, the staff very heavily frown upon submitting links to your own domain and/or your submissions being mostly to your own domain.

More programs need to take the PornPros approach. Almost anyone big or small can retain reputable legal counsel, capable of pursuing infringes. When they're caught red-handed, it's truly an open and shut case.

I'll chip in if people want to round up a few hard asses with nothing to lose to start breaking arms.

exoclick and juicyads - I think there is legal ramifications for them as well - but thats just my two cents.
