Need a GOOD php coder
 

I need a GOOD php coder, to rebuild a link and banner rotation system.

Fairly simple, needs an admin area where it counts hits, and lets me add / remove links and banners.

Then the output needs to be a line of javascript, which i put into a website and it displays a link or banner.
