English Schools who have English first on their voicemail, are being threatened with fines by the Quebec Language police.

A few years ago, we started an affiliate program with a couple of pages all in English, and we received a take-down or translate notice, or face a $7000 fine.

We added the Google Translation gadget to our site, and were told that it was not legal under the law.

I told her that if she forced us to change this site and the others to English, that we will just close it down, or rename it, or run it under a US company, and cost the Quebec Government lost tax revenue.

She said "We don't care".

I told her to go Fuck herself and hung up.

quebec is pretty fascist with their language laws. english quebeckers have no rights.
