free adult blog hosts that enable xmlrpc + image uploads? (WP MS)

Anyone know what free adult blog hosts allow xmlrpc connections + file uploads (through the wp xmlapi api (wp.uploadFile))?

(basically free adult blog posts that run on wordpress multisite i guess)
