If they don't massage the boobs every day they develop what is basically scar tissue on the inside, around the implant which is foreign to the body. That is why some implants look really ugly.

Also they saline implants might be a little more natural feeling, but I have had girls tell me they are way heavier than silicone and harder to uh, carry.

For the 1st month-3 months you have to massage the breasts. After that you're okay to live normally.
One of the reasons implants look so ugly is because some girls go overboard which stretches their skin etc... Another is sometimes the body just doesn't accept the implant. There are many more but I won't go into that :glugglug
