who should I go with for billing?
 

Anyone here have any suggestions?

I'm not sure if globill does 30 min trials or cross sells... I know epoch does. I don't even want to ask about ibill.

I'm just looking for a pretty good all around billing provider that actually gives a shit about its customers (even the small ones).

Turnaround is also important, I'd rather not wait a month to get billing for a site set up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :thumbsup

I don't think CCBill does 30-minute trials, but I think they do cross sells. They are a solid biller, with none of the crap you hear about with so many others.

Globill has great customer service, whether your big or small. Turnaround time is usually less than an hour.

I don't know where there offices are located, but they've set up accounts for me and answered my questions even between 2-5 am EST, and always in less than an hour.

However, they do not do 30 min trials or cross-billing.

if your sensitive about your billing go CCBill

if you want higher $$$ from your traffic go iBill

Epoch has the best customer service out there forget Ibill put Epoch on top and back them up with CCBill or Globil

Well.. if your not hell bent on the 30 minute trial I'd go with Jettis.

Yeah, they fucking kick ass. Best customer service I've ever dealt with, in this industry or any other.

We use Netbilling for credit cards and checks while using Verotel for 900 billing.
For us, Nothing has worked better than this setup and we have tried others previuously.
Excellent customer service from both companies and they are never down.

Their affiliate stats are very lacking. They do not show past payments, or even earnings broken down by period. I'm still scratching my head trying to match the check I received to a date range in the stats.

you are mistaken.
click on 'financial reports' on the login screen and you can search checks by period, by day or by range.

it goes back 3 months i think.

What do people think of Jettis?
